Two options. Software-only is a flat $5,000 / year license for an Economic Development Authority or association, including up to three surveys a year for your members. Done-For-You is quoted per survey, based on how many people you’re serving. No per-seat fees on either; your whole team can use the system.
Yes. The license includes up to three surveys during your license period: a wage survey, a benefits survey, and a custom topic, for example. If you need more than three, talk to us and we’ll quote it.
Year-over-year renewals are typical because the data compounds. You can compare this year to last year, and the next year to both. The license renews at the flat annual rate unless you change what we’re doing for you; we send a renewal proposal 60 days before expiration.
Yes. We import spreadsheet exports and prior survey cycles from other tools, so year-over-year trends and returning-respondent prefill work from your very first survey on the platform. Migration is quoted up front, in writing, based on the shape of your data, before any work starts.

Yes. That’s a separate tier. The software-only license is the foundation; Done-For-You adds our team handling planning, recruitment, reminders, and analysis. You can start software-only and add managed support later if needed.
You can add or remove participants at any time. The software-only license is flat for the year, so audience changes don’t change the price. For Done-For-You engagements, the quote is set per survey based on the audience you’re serving; if a future survey is a meaningfully different size, we’ll quote it on its own.
You keep your data. It’s yours, exported in Excel/CSV at any time. You lose access to the platform itself when the license ends, but historical exports remain yours. We don’t hold data hostage.
