Partner program

The platform behind your survey practice

For firms that run wage and benefits surveys for their own clients. You keep the relationship and set your own price. We provide the instrument, the software, and the methodology underneath it.

Who this is for

You already do this work. This is what you run it on.

Compensation consultancies, HR advisory firms, and associations that field surveys on behalf of several separate groups. If you are already running wage and benefits studies for clients and holding the process together with spreadsheets, a mail merge, and a lot of manual follow-up, this replaces that.

It is not a reseller arrangement. You are not marking up our service, you are using our platform to deliver yours. Your client relationship stays yours, and what you charge them is your business, not ours.

The model

Priced per client, not per survey

You pay for each client group you bring onto the platform. What they do once they are on it is up to them.

$2,500/ client / year

One annual rate per client group on the platform.

3

Client minimum to join the program, so $7,500 is the entry point.

Unlimited

Surveys per client, per year. A client running two cycles costs the same as one running a single survey.

A worked example

You have five client groups on the platform. One of them runs a wage survey in the spring and a benefits survey in the fall; the other four run once a year. Your cost is 5 × $2,500 = $12,500 for the year, regardless of the six surveys that ran across them.

What you get

The whole platform, per client

  • A separate account per client. Each group gets its own space, its own participants, and its own results, kept fully separate, which matters when your clients are in the same market.
  • The 174-question benefits template. Updated every year, and yours to tailor per client rather than fielding the same instrument to everyone.
  • SOC occupation mapping and wage grids. Standard occupation codes with prebuilt career ladders, so your clients get comparable data year over year.
  • Safe Harbor suppression. Per-occupation cell protection applied to participant-facing results, so small cohorts stay protected.
  • Year-over-year linking. Returning respondents pre-fill from the prior cycle, so annual updates take them a fraction of the time.
  • Automatic reporting. Results compile when a survey closes, into an internal view and a safe-harbored audience view, released on the schedule you choose.
  • Migration of prior cycles. We can bring each client history in, quoted by scope, so trends work from the first survey you run on the platform.
  • Unlimited seats. No per-user fees, so your whole team and your client contacts can all be in the system.

Qualifying

Every partner starts with a call

We talk with every partner before onboarding. This is not a formality: partner pricing exists because you are delivering the service to your clients, and we want to be sure that is what is happening.

What we look for is straightforward.

  • You run surveys as a service. Compensation consulting, HR advisory, or an association fielding studies for member groups.
  • At least three distinct client groups. Separate organizations with their own participants, not three departments of one.
  • You own the client relationship. You scope the engagement, you set your price, you deliver the result.

Start a conversation

Tell us how many client groups you are running surveys for today and what your process looks like. If it is a fit we will walk you through the platform against one of your actual engagements, not a demo account.

Or call (706) 425-1976 and ask for the partner program.

Partner questions

  • How is this different from the direct license?

The direct license is for an organization surveying its own members, at a flat annual rate. The partner rate is per client group, for firms delivering surveys to several separate organizations. Different buyer, different unit. See pricing for the direct side.

  • What counts as one client?

One organization with its own participants and its own results. A county authority, a chamber, a trade association, or an employer. If two groups share a participant list and a report, that is one client; if they each get their own survey and their own protected results, that is two.

  • What happens if we stop paying for a client?

That client group goes offline. You and they lose access to their surveys and results while the license is lapsed. We retain the data rather than deleting it, so if the client comes back the account is reactivated with its history intact rather than starting from an empty slate.

  • Can a client run more than one survey a year?

As many as they want. The rate is per client per year, not per survey. Wage in the spring, benefits in the fall, a pulse survey in between: same price.

  • Is the Ph.D. methodology review included?

Not in the partner rate. Dr. Cobb’s question-by-question review is available for any client survey as an add-on, starting at $1,500 per review, quoted up front by the size of the instrument.

  • Can we white-label the platform?

Not yet. Each client account carries its own logo and branding on respondent-facing surfaces, but the platform itself is Sensible Surveys. Full white-labeling is on our roadmap; if it matters to your practice, tell us on your call so we can factor your requirements into it.

  • Do you sell directly into our clients?

Not the groups you bring onto the platform. They are your relationship. If one of your clients contacts us directly we will point them back to you.

  • Can we add clients partway through a year?

Yes. Bring a new group on whenever you win them, and talk to us about how it lines up with your existing renewal date so you are not managing a different anniversary for every client.
